We recently headed over to Left bank as it unveils its new look, complete with a tantalizing new menu and an exquisite new ‘Botanical Garden’ gin bar that houses an exceptional array of boutique gins from the recently launched collection by MMI.

 

We absolutely love the waterfront location at Madinat jumeirah, with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab. What we love about left bank is the relaxing atmosphere that could cater to any occasion!

On the occasion of the launch of a first-of-its-kind Botanical Garden we were invited to experience their Gin mastercalss with the world-renowned mixologist Denzel Heath who featured before us the largest collection of Gin available in the UAE. The Botanical Garden houses a collection of boutique gin classics that date as far back as the 1820s. The menu of beverages has been enriched with a selection of boutique gin products paired with Fever Tree tonic water, carefully curated by a skilled industry professional with extensive international experience in mixology.

We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the history of Gin and the importance of Botanicals in Gin mixology. We highly recommend trying the drink ‘Bramble’ on their new menu, which is a mix of Gin, lemon & blackberry liqueur.

 

The food menu hosts a mix of modern and contemporary cuisine inspired from continents around the world, with a ‘sharing of food and drinks’ concept. The menu is a selection of the finest and freshest ingredients in the form of delectable starters, salads and mains offering a variety of delicious flavours to choose from. We were served regionally popular dishes such as lamb kofta kebab and halloumi and vegetable skewers have a place amidst the chicken liver pate with spiced apple chutney and Thai beef noodle salad.

The refurbished Left Bank is now open at Madinat Jumeirah for visitors.
