Traveling literally soothes your soul. We are big on this and we believe every once in a while you need a break from your everyday life and just be. Traveling just does that for us. We love traveling to new cities, discovering new culture, history and just being in awe of how beautiful the world is. Highly recommend traveling to a new city every time you get a chance to!

Spend More Time In Nature
Cannot stress on this enough! Humans were not made to be cooped up inside all day. Spending time in nature makes you happier, it boosts your immune system, and it even makes you more creative. If you are anything like us, we find the whole idea of exercise boring and something we don’t usually stick around too much. However, there are ways to exercise whilst having fun. Zumba for example is such a fun workout. Cycling, skating and swimming are more such fun activities that we thoroughly enjoy and love.
Not only is drinking water or closer substitutes important to prevent dehydrated skin, but it’s also vital to increase intracellular water levels. By snacking on water-rich fruits and vegetables like cucumbers, watermelon, and apples, your skin will hydrate from the inside out and release powerful free-radical fighting antioxidants. Although those 8 cups a day thing isn’t true for everyone, staying hydrated is essential. Not only does it keep all your physical functions, like digestion, running optimally, it makes you less likely to mistake thirst for hunger, a common mix-up that can lead to overeating. We try our best to at least have 8 glasses per day. It’s the best and the easiest thing you can do for your skin as well as your system.
